Franchise Officer

Is this your next challenge in Franchise support:

• Handle Franchisee enquiries
• Responsible to arrange Franchise recruitment material and support recruitment activity
• Support the team and help prepare launch of all Franchise programme.
• Responsible for Franchise store information and Franchisee databases and ensure these are kept up to date
• Housekeeping on all franchisee data, provide report with data analysis for programme planning.
• Support the team to prepare store file for all Franchise application.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, include prepare routine report, bookkeeping, answering applicants phone call, arranging Franchise seminar and interview with applicants.
  
  

Do you have experience in administrative support:

• University graduate
• 1 year working experience preferably with prior administrative experience;
• Good level of numeracy.  Attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical mind and communication skills
• Good PC knowledge (MS Excel/Word/Power point /Outlook/Chinese character)
• Immediate available preferred
