Clerk - Store Project (6-month contract)
Is this your next challenge in project management?
- Handle the administrative works related to store project items
- Coordinate with Finance, Project and Facility Management team to ensure all documents needed are processed timely
- Prepare the summary or report upon supervisor request
Do you have experience in administrative support?
- Form 5/ HKDSE graduate or above
- 2 years' work experience in administration, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Excellent MS Excel skill such as pivot tables and charts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
