Food Supervisor (負責熱賣點的分區管理工作)

Is this your next challenge in food team management?

• Support and provide coaching and training to respective Hot Shot to uplift the food cost control, hygiene standard and service and food quality excellence.
• Review and monitor the sales and new product performance on daily basis, identify the gap and provide solutions to superior in order to achieve company target.
• Work closely with specific department and operations team to pursue timely communication and fresh food culture development.
• Supervise, motivate & develop food promoter & new joiners to ensure they are properly trained and coached to perform their daily operations.
• Complete day-to-day ordering and monitor BM trend together with weekly labour control via effective rostering
• Feedback and report any competition among respective store groups timely to supervisors for prompt reaction

Do you have experience in retail operations?

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in managing multiple stores in catering industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivate, enthusiastic and drive for continuous improvement
