- Responsible for strategy planning and business development for e-business and service to achieve the desired objectives
- Drive innovation & pilot expansion service to ensure the e-business service remains at the forefront of convenience store environment
- Develop insightful analytics and business initiatives to achieve business goals
- Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with external partners for long term strategic partnership
- Work closely with external partners, retail operations, supply chain team and marketing department to roll-out and evaluate promotion activities and category plans are of customers interests and effective in generating sales, profits and foot-traffic.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce or business development and familiar with HK and Macau consumer market.
- Solid project management skills
- Have knowledge and experience in e-commerce / telecom management related activities.
- Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change and self-motivated
- Proactive, good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills working in a highly matrix organization and ability in managing external partners
- Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
